Law Firm Offers Experience and Focus
Peter Dingman and Ken Labowitz founded Dingman Labowitz in 1997 to provide clients with focused legal knowledge and assistance. Having spent over three decades living and practicing in Alexandria, Virginia, handling transactions and litigation in Federal and State courts in that city and across the National Capital region, and working primarily with clients with local interests, both Peter and Ken have a strong connection to the area their firm serves. The firm is committed to serving the legal needs of local individuals, businesses, and national clients with local interests effectively, knowledgeably and compassionately.
Both attorneys possess 35 years of experience practicing law, and a highly respected AV-rating from their peers. They are admitted to practice in all state and Federal trial and appellate courts of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Anne Heishman has joined the firm as an associate, bringing with her substantial court room experience, both trial and appellate, and a concern for aiding vulnerable clients. Since her admission to the Bar, and after service as clerk to the then Chief Judge of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, Anne has focused her practice on service to individual clients confronting times of crisis, whether arising from age, physical infirmity or collapse of the home.
