Peter Dingman practices transactional real estate law representing banks and other institutions that originate or own debt instruments, developers, project operators, and other businesses. He also has extensive courtroom experience. When the need arises, he litigates in real-estate related cases. He also frequently advises fiduciaries on real property-related issues.

Mr. Dingman serves on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board. He has been a lecturer or presenter for Continuing Legal Education sponsored by the Virginia State Bar, Alexandria Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Real Property Section and National Business Institute.

Always inclined to seek pragmatic, efficient resolution of disputes, Mr. Dingman was recently certified as a mediator for commercial disputes.

Kenneth Labowitz concentrates his practice on guardianship law and service to persons with chronic illness. Mr. Labowitz also provides estate administration services. He has comprehensive litigation experience in state and Federal courts, now primarily focused on guardianship-related matters.

Mr. Labowitz has been a lecturer or panel participant for seminars presented by the American Bar Association, employment law section, Alexandria and Fairfax Bar Associations.

Anne Heishman concentrates her practice on guardianship law and service to persons with chronic illness. Ms. Heishman also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for children and incapacitated adults. Ms. Heishman clerked for the Honorable Michael P. McWeeny of the Fairfax County Circuit Court immediately after law school and worked as a domestic relations attorney for several years before joining Dingman Labowitz. She has extensive courtroom experience, now primarily focused on guardianship law.

Ms. Heishman serves on the George Mason University School of Law Alumni Association Board. She is also a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Women Attorneys Association.
