Kenneth E. Labowitz

Ken Labowitz concentrates his practice on guardianship, conservatorship, estate administration, and contested fiduciary matters. Ken also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for incapacitated adults. He has comprehensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, now primarily focused on elder law matters.

Ken has been a lecturer or panel participant for seminars presented by the American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Alexandria Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has been consistently recognized as a top elder law attorney by Super Lawyers and Washingtonian magazine since 2009.
