Ken Labowitz concentrates his practice on guardianship, conservatorship, estate administration, and contested fiduciary matters. Ken also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for incapacitated adults. He has comprehensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, now primarily focused on elder law matters.

Ken has been a lecturer or panel participant for seminars presented by the American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Alexandria Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
