Pat W. Stanley

Pat Stanley has worked as a guardianship paralegal with Dingman Labowitz P.C. since May 2009. Her duties include preparing Medicaid applications and re-certifications, Social Security applications including SSDI, SSI, completing motor vehicle documents from the DMV including obtaining replacement titles and bills of sale, maintaining all of the personal information for all incapacitated adults from the appointment to termination of the guardianship.​

Pat earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1968 with a major in English and a minor in Speech/Psychology. She worked as a social worker for Prince George’s County, Maryland for five years specializing in working with single parent service workers. She also worked as a paralegal for the Prince George’s County, Maryland State’s Attorney’s office from 1976-1987 including working as a chief paralegal for child support and later Chief of Domestic Violence Unit. Pat has also worked as a Business Office Manager for an international consulting firm 1990 – 2001 and has held other paralegal positions at private law firms from 2001 – 2006.
