Real Estate Disputes
For over 3 decades, Pete Dingman has assisted clients in resolving real estate related issues. He has successfully handled partition suits, litigation over boundary lines, actions to quiet title, assertions of title by adverse possession, removal of wrongful liens, boundary line disagreements, ownership disputes among former business colleagues, and neighbor to neighbor contests over claims of nuisance, water intrusion, and trespass.
By preference, and with concern for costs to the client, Mr. Dingman seeks to avoid litigation. But, when negotiation fails, he has the experience to effectively present the issues to the appropriate court.
